Power Grid Corp Of India Ltd is negotiating with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank to secure loans amounting to USD1.6 billion. The state-run power transmission company sees completion of talks by next month. It hopes to receive another USD2 billion in non-sovereign guaranteed loans from both agencies to support its projects.
