Individual consulting: Where the jobs are

As two of the world’s biggest donors, the U.S. Agency for International Development and U.K. Department for International Development have been significant sources of consulting work. These organizations’ priorities, not only with regard sectors but also expertise, indicate some of the areas of greatest need for consultants over the coming months and years.
