The Irish government is ready to commit 13 million euros (USD17 million) to help rehabilitate quake-ravaged Haiti, Belfast Telegraph reports. The three-year contribution will be officially announced at the March 31 Haiti donors’ conference, according to Irish Minister of State for Overseas Development Peter Power. The sum will be channeled through Irish Aid.
