    The Caribbean Community and Japan adopted a new partnership program over the next three years. The program focuses on trade and investment, environment and climate change, human security, and dialogue between Japan and CARICOM.

    Japan will also consider offering assistance to CARICOM’s tourism, fisheries and agriculture, and information and communication sectors. It will also share its expertise in clean energy and climate change adaptation.
