The Japan International Cooperation Agency is expected to sign in March a loan agreement for the construction of a new airport terminal and highway in Vietnam, VOV News reports. The terminal will be added to the Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi while the road will link the Noi Bai and Nhat Tan areas, also in Hanoi. VOV News adds that JICA is also planning to provide technical assistance to Vietnam’s ongoing North-South highway project.
