    Devex Dish: The World Bank plants a $9 billion-a-year seed

    The Japan International Cooperation Agency will provide a USD7.8 million grant to help upgrade small-scale water reservoirs in central Vietnam. The project aims to provide irrigation to more than 80 hectares of land in three districts in the province of Quang Ngai. It also aims to reinforce water reservoirs in the area to reduce the risk of destruction during floods, Vietnam News says.
