JICA to Open Office in Angola

    The Japan International Cooperation Agency will open an office in Luanda, Angola, in a bid to strengthen Japan’s social, political and economic relations with the African country, Angola Press reports. The office will be headed by Hiroshi Sato, a project planning expert.
