Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay are seeking a World Bank loan to finance the construction of a shared natural gas pipeline project,
reports. "The World Bank is committed to helping the three countries finance the project," said Roberto Kreimerman, Uruguay's deputy minister for industries, energy and mining. "This is a solid project, not something that is in the air."
