Malawi and Zambia are on track to winning compact agreements with the Millennium Challenge Corp., Reuters reports. Malawi MCC Senior Director for Procurement Gerry Nash said Malawi may sign a compact later in the year while Zambia is in line for a compact in 2011.
“There is major, major money coming out in the next five years,” Nash was quoted by Reuters.
