    MCC Implements Flexible Work Policy

    By Ivy Mungcal // 23 July 2010

A flexible work policy is now in place at the Millennium Challenge Corp. in response to findings of an internal survey capturing permanent employees’ views of the agency.

The policy, along with new processes to improve MCC’s performance management procedures and work environment, aims to build on the agency’s strengths and address areas for improvement that were identified through the survey.

The study showed that MCC full-time permanent employees feel a strong connection to their work and to the agency’s mission. Respect and regard for colleagues and supervisors and well as comfort in MCC’s physical work environment were also among the strengths reported.

The survey was conducted online from March 23 to April 13. It was administered to 283 MCC full-time permanent employees. Responses were received from 223.
