The Millennium Development Authority is considering expanding the sectors covered by the compact with Ghana, MiDA chief executive Martin Esson-Benjamin said. The existing compact with Ghana covers three areas including agricultural productivity, infrastructure and rural services development. MiDA, the Ghana News Agency reports, has so far committed 67 percent or USD367 million of the compact financing, and re-disbursed some 23 percent or USD127 million.
