Spain will provide an additional 14.25 million Namibian dollars (USD2.04 million) for an education and training sector development program in Namibia. This additional financing brings Spain’s total contribution to the country’s education sector to 71.25 million Namibian dollars since 2007.

The assistance will be provided as budget support and is expected to help Namibia implement its strategies in developing its education sector, the Namibia Economist reports.
