    The Netherlands has donated €2 million ($3 million) to the Office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees to help the agency assist people who fled the violence in Ivory Coast. The donation is part of the country’s response to the U.N. appeal for aid to ease the humanitarian crisis in the African country.
