    Norway is offering 7.6 million kroner (USD1.2 million) to provide urgent relief aid to storm victims in Guatemala. The amount will be channeled through the Red Cross and United Nations Central Emergency Response Fund. More than 100,000 people were displaced in the aftermath of tropical storm Agatha.
