Oxfam Hong Kong suspended its training program in mainland China following the posting of notices in Chinese universities claiming that the international aid agency is trying to infiltrate the country, BBC reports. The notices, which were first posted at a university in Beijing, were attributed to the country’s education ministry. Oxfam Hong Kong said the program will remain suspended until the ministry issues an explanation for the notices.
