Pakistan Gains ADB, China Funds

Pakistan is set to receive USD1 billion from the Asian Development Bank and China, a former Pakistani finance minister said, according to the Pakistan Observer. Shaukat Treensai said ADB and China will provide USD500 million each to help Pakistan deal with the effects of the global financial crisis.
