Like other aid agencies, the Office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees engages nonprofits and businesses in its activities. And there are three ways the U.N. refugee agency does this. Antonio Guterres, the high commissioner, discusses these three levels of collaboration and new partnerships it is developing with the various groups in this exclusive interview with Devex.

Lars Schwetje contributed reporting from New York.
