    Three new Peace Corps country directors are due to assume overseas posts in February. Seth Fearey is Kyrgyzstan-bound, Vincent Groh will leave for Liberia, and Carol Barrick is heading to Nicaragua.  

    The Peace Corps has made 26 other recent appointments, including eight directors of management and overseas operations and 18 directors of programming and training.
