Piñera Makes Rebuilding Chile His Business

Much known for his business expertise rather than political skills, Chilean President Sebastián Piñera needs to buckle down to work to help rebuild his quake-ravaged nation, according to The Economist. The massive Feb. 27 earthquake left Chile with major infrastructure problems, a challenge that Piñera needs to address immediately as Chileans rely on him to craft and deliver the appropriate solutions, the magazine added. Piñera hopes to do just this with the aid of his cabinet, mostly technocrats who have ties to main private business groups in the country.
