Restructured Cardno Will Include 'Emerging Markets' Focus

As part of a broad restructuring effort, Australia-based Cardno Ltd. will create a new “emerging markets” region within a year. The Emerging Markets Group will be collaborating with its sister companies, such as Cardno U.K., to offer consulting services to donors. When combining the Cardno group’s expertise, “we find that we enrich each other’s ideas very much,” says EMG President Andy Dijkerman.

In 2007, the Emerging Markets Group joined the Cardno group of companies. As part of a broad restructuring effort, Cardno will create a new “emerging markets” region within a year. EMG will be collaborating with its sister companies, such as Cardno U.K., to offer consulting services to donors, for instance in Pakistan. When combining the Cardno group’s expertise, “we find that we enrich each other’s ideas very much,” says EMG President Andy Dijkerman.
