The Romanian government has adopted two wage laws to maintain a rescue agreement with the International Monetary Fund, European Union and World Bank. The move will increase public sector wages by 15 percent and the minimum wage from 600 lei (USD181) to 670 lei starting January 2011, Bloomberg reports.
