    will disburse USD19.4 million in aid for Sudan and Chad. Of the sum, USD12.6 million will be used to assist Sudan's Al-Gadarif state in accessing adequate water supply for agricultural and pastoral purposes. The rest of the money will be earmarked for Chad's malaria prevention initiative.
