    The 4 most important calls for global health funds in 2024

    There are multiple replenishment campaigns and fundraising events happening in 2024. But in a multielection year, and increasingly tight fiscal space, experts say it’s a tough fundraising environment for global health.

    With multiple humanitarian emergencies and the growing problem of climate change, aid organizations’ need for funding is only expected to rise, including those working in the health space.

    In 2024, aid agencies, funds, and financing institutions are launching their replenishment campaigns, holding replenishments or other fundraising events to secure billions of dollars for their work. In particular, there are four high-profile funding rounds which the sector is watching closely.

    But in a multi-election year, and increasingly tight fiscal space, experts say it’s a tough fundraising environment for global health.
