The future of disaster response

Disaster response is no longer a realm dominated by governments and aid agencies; the private sector has also gotten involved.

How can the increasing involvement of the private sector shape the future of disaster response? We spoke with Jacob Korenblum, president of SoukTel, a provider of cellphone services to the developing world, on the margins of the 2012 Clinton Global Initiative.
