The World Bank's top 10 European contractors

Between 2017 and 2020, the World Bank hired over 1,900 European organizations. The top 10 European contractors received a total of $2.6 billion for 22 projects — almost 28% of the total contract value awarded to European groups during this period.

As part of an analysis of the World Bank’s European contractors, Devex has identified the top 10 suppliers during this period, finding that the majority were from Turkey. The list only considers European groups and individual contractors, with joint ventures between European and non-European contractors excluded.
