    If the British government cuts aid channeled through multilateral organizations, the Caribbean may suffer, the Jamaica Observer reports. U.K. International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell has announced a Multilateral Aid Review to ensure that international bodies are spending U.K. aid efficiently. The U.K.’s Department for International Development funds more than 30 multilateral organizations, including the Caribbean Development Bank.
