UK Urges Uganda to Toughen up Against Corruption

Graft remains a big challenge in Uganda despite the country's progress in fighting poverty, said Joy Hutcheon, the U.K. Department of International Development's director for East Africa, during the launch of a plan to fight corruption, improve public accountability and develop infrastructure in Uganda.
