    The U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees has started providing plastic sheets for emergency shelter to victims of the March 2 landslide in Uganda, which was caused by incessant rains in the country.

    “This is human tragedy that we cannot turn a blind eye to,” Antonio Guterres, the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees said, as the agency continues to provide urgent humanitarian assistance to the landslide victims.
