The Cameron administration has unveiled a plan to overhaul the National Health Service. The plan seeks to attract more private health firms to provide services and allow doctors to take charge of managing most of the system’s annual budget. The plan is seen to help save some 1.7 billion pounds (USD2.7 billion), according to the U.K. Department of Health.
