    The U.S. will provide federal reimbursements to U.S. hospitals that treat Haiti earthquake victims with critical or rare conditions that cannot be treated in Haiti or other countries, Agence France-Presse reports. The first group of Haitian earthquake victims to be treated in the U.S. is expected to leave Port-au-Prince Tuesday (Feb. 2).
