How much aid reaches its intended recipients and location? It turns out that in Lebanon, at least, it is very hard to know.

In the months following a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah, the war-wrecked country received more than 2.8 million units of physical, in-kind humanitarian aid from 24 donors, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan.
