What skills are considered a plus for RTI International in the Philippines?

All of RTI’s employees in the Philippines are Filipinos, according to Joie Buban, an HR Manager for RTI International’s Philippines office.

Buban’s recruitment team is currently looking for professionals who work in monitoring and evaluation, communications, education, research and finance, as well as technical experts on health such as doctors and nurses.

Those with experience working in development already, as well as those with project management experience, would stand out as candidates for RTI’s health and education projects in the country, although “we are not closing our doors,” she said of medical professionals with little prior development experience.
