Who's who in #globaldev: April 2020 appointments

The African Union has appointed four special envoys to help mobilize economic support for African countries affected by the coronavirus pandemic. The envoys are:

— Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, former finance minister of Nigeria.

— Donald Kaberuka, former president of the African Development Bank.
