    's International Finance Corp. will provide USD20 million in loan and USD10 million in equity investment to Koyo Ecological Agrotech Group Ltd. for the construction of a fertilizer plant in China's earthquake-ravaged Sichuan province. The move aims to boost the living conditions of local farmers and improve Koyo's environmental performance.
