Armenia has secured a USD24 million World Bank loan to help increase its citizens’ access to affordable computers and broadband services. The measures form part of the the E-Society and Innovation for Competitiveness Project, which the World Bank said conforms with Armenia’s plans to develop the country’s information technology industry.
