Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh continues to stand his ground, rejecting demands for his immediate resignation while at the same time offering dialogues to the country’s main opposition parties to discuss the possibility of power sharing. Saleh said the end to his more than 30-year rule should be done through elections and not violence and chaos, The Washington Post says.
