Investment in new technologies, improvement of quality processes, constant professional qualification and a sustainable and real export policy. If for many companies achieving all these objectives is an arduous and long-term task, Açoplast is an example of efficiency that has stood out for 38 years in the filter market, always looking to the future.
Conceived by the German Franz Joseph Gill, who immigrated to Brazil in the early 1920s, the factory only began to take shape in 1966 in the neighborhood of Tatuapé, in São Paulo, after years of experience acquired by Gill in the appliance and clothing sector of tools. At that time the company became known for supplying Carter oil filters for Volkswagen Beetles, and diesel injection pump filters for Bosch, in a partnership that lasts until today.
