Established in 2006 by Adann Benjamin Diaz as sole proprietorship under the business name ADB Scientific Product Enterprise and now a private limited liability company by shares, the company has set up its operations to act as one – stop – shop able to deal with healthcare supply needs from local level to national scale, supplying over 2000 branded pharmaceuticals, and medical equipment and consumable products. ADB Ghana Limited possesses a wide range of in-house skills and medical engineers, administrators, warehouse and logistics staffs. Their customers include hospitals, retails chemists, NGO’s, Charities, religious health facilities, government agencies, wholesalers and traders.
 
ADB GHANA LIMITED gained the status of a legal entity as a going concern in the year 2015. ADB Ghana limited as a subsidiary of ADB Scientific Product Enterprise Limited. It was registered as ADB Scientific product enterprise, a sole proprietorship in 2006 Under the Business Act 1962 (Act 151) and later changed to ADB Scientific Products Limited been duly registered under the Company Code 1969 (Act 159). ADB Ghana Limited was founded by Messer. Adann Benjamin Diaz, in 2006 as a sole proprietorship business. ADB Ghana Limited has become a successful endeavor for Diaz. Its focus has been entirely on the supply of medical equipment and consumables of all kind. ADB Ghana Limited has grown significantly in past years in total annual sales revenue.
