Aida, Ayuda, Intercambio y Desarrollo is a non-governmental development organization (NGDO) working to improve the quality of life of the most disadvantaged populations in developing countries and to make Human Rights a universal reality, implementing projects Of cooperation and involving experts and professionals in the service of development .
AIDA was founded in November 1999. Since then it has worked with communities, local public and private organizations in Vietnam, Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Sri Lanka, Lebanon, Syria, Morocco, Guinea Bissau, Senegal, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay and Haiti. . It was declared of Public Utility by the Ministry of Interior in 2004.
AIDA is governed by its Statutes and subscribes to the Code of Conduct for Development NGOs , as well as all organizations belonging to the NGDO State Coordinator.
