AIG-Imoukhuede Foundation
About

They are a public-sector focused philanthropic organisation founded by Aigboje and Ofovwe Aig-Imoukhuede to improve the lives of Africans through transformed public service delivery and better access to quality primary healthcare, starting with Nigeria.

A country’s economic and social development is highly dependent on the efficiency of its public sector, therefore, Africa’s level of development can be attributed, in part, to the performance of its public sector. Their theory of change is that a public sector that is effective, values-driven and results-focused will improve the continent’s socio-economic performance and lead to better outcomes for its citizens.

Their Mission is to improve the lives of Africans through transformed public service delivery and increased access to quality primary healthcare.

Their Vision is to close the gap between Africa and the world

Values:

  • Integrity: We do what is right, regardless of the circumstances.
  • Leadership: We are at the forefront of facilitating a positive change in the quality of public service delivery and access to primary healthcare.

  • Excellence: We deliver exceptional outcomes and impact.
  • Sustainability: We are focused on the triple bottom line – people, planet, and impact
  • Innovation: We challenge today’s status quo and seek to shape the future for ordinary people with creative ideas generated by the people we work with.
