ALin Thit Social Development Group is a local nongovernmental organization of peace and development, solidarity and harmony, is founded by volunteers and workers who share a common interest in building peaceful relationships among and between people from various ethnic and religious traditions, faiths, and environments. ALin Thit Social Development Group was established in December 2013, by mobilizing and facilitating networks of peace and development, solidarity and harmony builders, coming together from different parts of Myanmar and who in turn facilitated those who are interested in building a peaceful society. The initial teams have long experiences in social development techniques, community mobilization, and organization, advocacy, and empowerment process, providing humanitarian assistance to communities in need, and peace building.
