ALLPLAN GmbH was founded in Vienna in 1967. Since then our former technical bureau for heating, ventilation and air conditioning has become an international consulting firm in the fields of technical building services as well as energy and environmental management.
A team of experts in various technical fields and external specialists are at your disposal. Comprehensive EDV/CAD/GIS-systems enable calculations and simulations in different technical fields. ALLPLAN employees dispose – in addition to technical expertise – of a long and comprehensive experience in project development and project management. We work together with the experts of the Austrian universities (for instance Vienna University of Technology as well as with the institutes and associations as mentioned below).

As environmental managers of ALLPLAN we take over full corporate responsibility for the project and stay in direct contact with our customers. We provide a comprehensive consultation and follow-up during all phases of the project. Clearly defined steps of the project enable us to work out the goal, the planning and the realization of the project in continuous cooperation with our customers.
Technical Building Services
ALLPLAN Low energy consulting provides solutions for low energy and passive house projects as well as solar, geothermal and biogenic energy systems. This concerns both individual projects and regional supplying plants, starting with central manufacturing and reaching the end users over the distribution. With engineering and professional competence our employees perform pioneer work when planning and implementing new technologies around technical building services – all the same whether the assignment concerns downhole heat exchangers in passive houses in a large-volume housing construction or in remote coldness. In addition to our experience in hospitals ALLPLAN is also active in cleanroom and laboratory technology where the analysis of feasibility, detailed engineering and validation according to GMP criterions is crucial.
ALLPLAN is a consulting, planning and servicing company. Under this understanding the solutions developed by us are implemented on turnkey basis on demand, too, and, consequently, ALLPLAN yearly plans and constructs for instance approximately 50 biomass and centralized heating systems.
Energy and Environment Services:
The department Energy and Environment (E&U) is mainly active in the fields of energy efficiency and climate protection. With the Allplan energy efficiency program (AEEP) industrial enterprises of all branches are screened to find energy optimizing potentials. Where weak points are revealed, technical solutions will be developed and also turnkey ready projects are implemented. With help of AEEP 70% of the biggest Austrian industrial enterprises have already been optimized by now.
When optimizing paper and cellulose factories, E&U is active in entire Europe, and has already optimized more than 50 locations in 14 countries. The experts of E&U provide with this Know-How also customers like European Development Bank, World Bank, Austrian Development Bank and European Commission in order to identify and assess cost-saving potential from the Caribbean to Armenia.
E&U is active in climate protection mainly in eastern and south eastern countries in Europe in order to develop JI and CDM projects. In particular, renewable energy sources like wind and water power are focused here, but Fuel-Switch projects are also being implemented. Furthermore, Allplan as an independent Testing Facility has been entrusted with 27 plants with CO2Verification. Specialists of Allplan co-operate with Pinkafeld University of Applied Sciences in climate protection and with Kufstein University of Applied Sciences in energy efficiency.
