Mission

The organization is dedicated to uplifting Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (AANHPIs) in the Bay Area by mobilizing resources and amplifying community voices. Its mission is to drive positive change and foster an inclusive, thriving society.

Core Areas of Focus

• Philanthropy – The organization works to increase and mobilize resources from individual donors, corporations, and institutions to support underserved AANHPI populations throughout the Bay Area.
• Community – It supports a network of more than 90 affiliate organizations that serve AANHPIs across a broad spectrum of needs, including senior and youth services, health and wellness, counseling, legal assistance, advocacy, civic engagement, and arts and culture.
• Leadership – The organization cultivates leadership by recognizing current and emerging AANHPI leaders who serve as role models and who are committed to giving back and making a difference, particularly among youth involved in higher education and philanthropy.
• Awareness – It brings attention to emerging and urgent issues affecting AANHPI communities in the Bay Area, ensuring these perspectives are part of broader conversations and solutions.
