About

Audace Institut Afrique (AIA) is an independent non-profit think tank whose vision is: freedom cures poverty. Through its publications, its seminars, its conferences, its research work, AIA stimulates political debate by making proposals for reforms based on the free market and the development of economic freedom, private property, the State of rights and individual freedoms. AIA also works to strengthen civil society through meetings-debates and an important training program for students.

Inspiring bold thinking on Africa's development

On the continent, public policy debates are reduced to nothing at the expense of party politics. It is therefore essential to outsource the production of ideas through an independent think tank.

AIA wants to contribute to the renewal of thought and the refoundation of the ideological matrix by attacking, without taboos, the structural causes of poverty in Africa and by proposing new ways of progress. More generally, the institute contributes to the life of ideas, to research and to the improvement of public policies while having a section of its activities devoted to raising the awareness of populations so as to act at the base as well as at the pinnacle of the wealth creation process.
