The Baptist Church is not a church, nor will it replace the work of the church. Over the past years, they have adhered to their mission and integrated three development priorities.

1. United Church: Promote cooperation between churches and related institutions, triggering synergies.
2. Heritage mission: cooperate with churches to nurture believers, support pastors, and promote church growth.
3. Be universal: assist and encourage churches to expand missionary missions and serve the community.

They are also committed to integrating the work in these areas into various ministries or committees, so that the overall work of the Baptist Association can develop towards these goals.
