Blueprint Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a company which has been working in the area of strategy development and implementation in South and Southern Africa for over 25 years. It has worked on strategy and policy development for clients such as the South African government, including the Department of Mineral Affairs, the Department of Trade and Industry, National Treasury and the Presidency. It has also undertaken industrial development strategies and implementation planning, as well as implementation support, for various Provincial governments and District Municipalities and in the North West has undertaken a great deal of work in the mining, construction and agriculture sectors. The company has undertaken work also for international donor organisations such as the World Bank, the European Union and the International Labour Organisation. At the same time, the company has extensive experience in the private sector, and has worked with all the major mining houses in PGMs and coal, as well as in heavy and light manufacturing across all sectors, tourism, green industry, conservation, and biodiversity.

The company is managed by four senior partners, Mavuso Msimang, who specialises in policy and government processes and in the tourism and biodiversity sectors; Josie Rowe-Setz, who specialises in strategic research and strategy and policy planning and implementation planning and has extensive experience in the private sector; Kevin Ponter, who is an expert in economics and business and financial planning and proposal development, with experience in the public and private sectors and Nolita Mkize, who is an expert in Social responsibility and community based programmes, as well as the tourism sector.
