Establishment BMA was created in November 1991. Its purpose at the time was the sale of composite materials.

Faced with the desire of its leaders, to extend its field of intervention, it becomes in 1994 BMA. BMA specializes in study, design and realization of works in various materials.

On May 4, 1998, in accordance with the legislation in force in Côte d'Ivoire, BMA becomes a Limited Liability Company (SARL).

Since July 20, 2009, BMA has become a Société Anonyme (SA) with a capital of 100,000,000 CFA francs.

The company BMA SA located in Koumassi North East (between bus terminals 32 and 05) is built on an area of ​​5000 m².
