About

Callida Indigenous Consulting (CIC) is a partnership with Callida Consulting, one of the leading public sector consulting firms in Australia. CIC was formed with the aim of delivering high quality consulting services and supporting Indigenous business development and Indigenous causes.

Paul Smith, a founding Partner of Callida, grew up in the Riverina before moving to Canberra for university and is proud of his Wiradjuri heritage. Paul is the majority owner of CIC, with Callida Consulting holding the remaining 49%.

CIC has been formed with a commitment to direct a minimum of 5% of CIC revenue to Indigenous causes. An advisory board is being established with other Indigenous Australians to oversee the selection of Indigenous causes which CIC can support via the Callida Indigenous Community Fund.

The CIC board comprises Paul Smith, along with  Cade Brown, a Callida Partner who is also from the Riverina. As a former first class cricketer and Chair of Lifeline ACT, Cade has a passion for how sport can play a role in developing the youth and communities, and in promoting physical and mental wellbeing.
