With that, they contribute to higher levels of education, labor market integration and stimulate entrepreneurship, preventing and combating trafficking in women and violence against women, adoption and application of equitable legislation.

The rights of women in the labor market
They conduct qualitative research in the field of discrimination in the labor market. Provide training for employers, and unions, employees, labor inspectors, public institutions with responsibilities in work on topics such as recruitment, discrimination in promotion and salary rights related to labor market, legal anti-discrimination and cases of gender discrimination management of diversity. They provide consultancy in the creation of procedures on the prevention and management of gender discrimination, as well as situations of sexual harassment and psychological. They support the development of practices to harmonize personal life with professional life by companies. They make social skills development sessions for women without a job, to support them and motivate in the hiring process.
Research and education in the fields of gender, diversity and human rights
Conduct activities and develop intervention plans in kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, pupils, teachers and educators on the inclusion of gender component in the education and support for girls and boys to grow without limitations and gender stereotypes. Undertake research on the particular vulnerabilities affecting adolescents. They organize workshops for teenage personal development. They support public policy proposals to improve the situation of girls.
Preventing and combating violence against women
They are involved in creating coalitions and networks ( www.violentaimpotrivafemeilor.ro ) that advocates for preventing and combating violence against women, ongoing advocacy for improved legislation and monitoring legislative framework. Undertake research on the phenomenon of violence in Romania. Support and violence prevention activities in schools by working directly with students and teachers. Develop guidelines for journalists about the handling of cases of violence against women by the media.
Preventing and combating trafficking in human beings
They perform research at national and international level on trafficking in women and girls for sexual exploitation, research about gender as a determinant of human trafficking for sexual exploitation, research on serious cases of labor exploitation in agriculture. Provide training for people in public institutions and NGOs mandate in preventing and combating human trafficking. Contribute to the networking of organizations working in the field. They create campaigns to prevent human trafficking for the general public, children, teens, parents and authorities. Women's Health

They founded bakery MamaPan leavened bread, in which female employees are single mothers and mothers with more than two children in situations of difficulty ( www.mamapan.ro ).
