Centro de Derechos Humanos Fray Francisco de Vitoria (CDHVictoria) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization, independent of any party or political affiliation, constituted as a Civil Association. They are characterized for maintaining a comprehensive vision of Human Rights, from a critical position but that assumes its responsibility in the construction of a plural, diverse, secular and democratic State. The purpose of the Vitoria Center is to defend and promote the integrality of Human Rights, especially among the most vulnerable or discriminated sectors.
